Lion Club Mobile App Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Scope of Application

The Lion Club Mobile Application (“Application”) is developed to provide information, updates, and service support exclusively for members of Lion Club.

The Application does not provide, organize, or allow any E-gaming, betting, or prize-based gaming activities in any form within the application environment.

All prize-based electronic gaming activities (if any) are only organized and experienced directly at the official business location of Lion Club at:
 11 Me Linh Square, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Application does not link to, redirect to, or provide access to any third-party gaming or betting platforms.

Accessing or using the Application means that users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility and User Status

The Application is only available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

  • Are valid and verified members of Lion Club;
  • Are at least 18 (eighteen) years old;
  • Are foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese;
  • Have legally entered Vietnam using a valid passport or an international travel document issued by a competent foreign authority;
  • Have a valid and unexpired lawful residence period in Vietnam in accordance with immigration laws.

The Application is not intended for Vietnamese citizens residing in Vietnam or any individuals who do not meet the above conditions.

Lion Club reserves the right to request verification documents (including but not limited to passport, residency status, and membership status) at any time.

Lion Club reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice if any violation is detected.

3. User Restriction and Access Rights

The Application is exclusively for verified members of Lion Club.

  • All content, information, and services are provided only to members;
  • Non-members are not permitted to access or use the Application;
  • Users must not share, transfer, or grant access to their accounts to any third party.

4. Scope of Use

Users are granted the right to use the Application on a:

  • Limited basis
  • Non-exclusive basis
  • Non-transferable basis
  • For personal and lawful purposes only

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, reproducing, or exploiting content without authorization;
  • Using the Application for unlawful purposes;
  • Interfering with, accessing without authorization, or disrupting system operations and security.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account;
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

6. Rights of Lion Club

Lion Club reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue the Application;
  • Restrict or terminate access in case of violations;
  • Update these Terms without prior notice.

Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of such updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Club shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

8. Compliance with Laws

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Immigration regulations
  • Residency regulations
  • Other relevant legal regulations

9. Support Policy

All support, information, and services are provided only to verified members.

Lion Club does not provide support to non-members.

10. Download and Use of the Application

The Application is distributed through official platforms such as Google Play and App Store.

Users must download the official version and log in using valid member credentials.

11. Compliance with Platform Policies

The Application is designed and operated in compliance with platform policies, including App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.

The Application:

  • Does not provide gambling or real-money gaming functions
  • Does not allow transactions related to gaming
  • Does not redirect to external betting platforms

The Application serves solely as an information and service support platform.

12. Verification and Access Control

Lion Club applies verification measures to ensure:

  • Users meet legal eligibility requirements
  • Correct user group (member + foreigner + 18+)
  • Compliance with platform regulations

13. Content and Safety Standards

The Application ensures that:

  • It does not promote illegal activities
  • It does not mislead users about services
  • It complies with platform content standards

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.

15. Effectiveness

These Terms take effect from the date of publication on the official Lion Club website.
