ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

1. Right to Request Account Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their Lion Club account at any time.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through:

  • The feature within the Application (if available), or
  • Contacting Lion Club’s support department

3. Processing Procedure

Upon receiving a request:

  • Lion Club will verify the user’s identity
  • Process the request within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify the user of the result

4. Scope of Data Deletion

When an account is deleted:

  • Personal information will be deleted or anonymized
  • The account cannot be restored

5. Cases Where Immediate Deletion Is Not Possible

Certain data may be retained if:

  • Required by legal obligations
  • Needed for auditing or compliance purposes
  • Necessary for dispute resolution

6. Consequences of Account Deletion

After deletion:

  • The user will no longer be able to access the Application
  • All membership rights will be terminated

7. Effectiveness

This policy takes effect from the date of publication on the Lion Club website.
